  • How do I close my account?
    We are sorry to hear that you want to leave us. If you want to close your account, please get in touch with us via the ‘Contact’ section or send an email to: hello@appre.co.uk so we can help you!
  • What are Appre cashback goals?
    Unlike existing cashback and rewards platforms we give your cashback a purpose. Maybe it's a summer holiday fund, or a travelling fund. Whatever your saving towards, Appre offers you the ability to build personalised cashback saving pots so that your spending purposefully fuels financial goal hitting in the future. We will offer regular updated on your performance towards saving goals and you can check at any time by clicking 'My Account' > 'My Cashback Goals'
  • How do I withdraw Cashback
    You can withdraw earned cashback at any point, irrespective of achieving your saving goals. Navigate to 'My Account' > 'My Cashback Goals' > 'Withdraw Cashback' and enter the relevant information. The team will process this withdrawal as soon as possible, we aim to process all cashback within a matter of hours at most.

That's why at Appre our mission is to build a world where loyal customers’ shopping habits purposefully fuel dedicated money saving in pursuit of personalised money saving goals. Just shop through Appre and hit your goals without the fuss.
  • Is Appre secure?
    Our members’ security is our top priority. We are ICO compliant and your cashback is stored securely with our FCA regulated and FSCS protected banking partners. Appre does not store any data relating to your bank account and we don't ask for any personal information other than an email address which you can remove from Appre by getting in touch at: hello@appre.co.uk
  • Is Appre free?
    Absolutely! Appre is completely free, and we will never charge you a single penny for using our service. All we want to do is reward you!
  • How does Appre contact me?
    There is only one type of communications we send to Appre members. These are marketing comms where we promote retailer offers and cashback performance through email communication. Marketing comms include: when a new retailer launches, monthly community newsletters, new retailer offer(s), monthly updates on cashback performance. If you do not want to receive these emails, please select opt-out from marketing messages please check 'Unsubscribe' within the email communication preference.
  • I have a missing transaction, what do I do?
    It can take up to 60 days for the transaction to appear in your Appre account. If your transaction hasn’t appeared after 60 days, please fill in the contact form within the website by tapping 'Contact', then filling out the form. A member of the team will get in touch as soon as possible. We will then escalate the transaction with the retailer(s). We aim to let you know within 10 days once your claim has been escalated with the retailer; we do all we can to get an update to you as soon as possible! A note: We require proof of purchase which may include a digital receipt of purchase. Please check Appre before making a transaction to avoid disappointment
  • Do cashback rates change?
    Retailer cashback rates change frequently at the discretion of our retail partners, these can vary due to a number of factors. Because of this, we always advise Appre members to check offer rates before shopping to avoid disappointment.
  • How often do new retailers get added to Appre?
    New retailers are added to the Appre website every month, we will notify you with updates via in-web offers and via email. If you want to get in touch with Appre and recommend a new retail partnership please fill in the contact form and we will do our best to partner with specific retailers.
  • What is Cashback and how does it work?
    Cashback is a commission fee that the retailer pays us when our members purchase from them through us. We then pass 100% of this fee over to Appre members. Cashback can be paid as a fixed amount, or a percentage of your purchase. When you use Appre to make a purchase, there are a number of steps that happen on our backend. Essentially, when you click through to the retailer's website, this is tracked by a cookie (small pieces of data on your device) from a third party affiliate network so that they can identify that you clicked through from Appre to make your purchase. Once the retailer pays the third party, they will pay a fee to Appre so that we can pass the cashback on to you!   • How do I make the most out of using Appre?
    Treat Appre as your shopping and saving search engine. If there's a purchase you're looking to make, search for the retailer or category on Appre to see if you can earn cashback on the items you want to buy. You can earn cashback on hundreds of retailers - from holidays to gadgets, clothing and sports equipment! Keep an eye out for flash sales, bonuses and boosted cashback offers, which can bag you more on top of your usual cashback.
  • What happens if I return a purchase from an Appre retailer?
    Rewards are deducted from your account immediately upon returning a purchase to a retailer. However, this will be balanced out and the rewards added to your available balance once the original transaction completes.
